JULY 18th, 2023

Huntersville, NC - On Tuesday, July 18th at approximately 3:30 pm, Officers with the Huntersville Police Department responded to an Armed Robbery of the driver of a Loomis truck in the parking lot of Walgreens at 4625 Hylas Ln., Huntersville, NC. The driver was approached by two armed subjects who took an undisclosed amount of money and fled the area in a dark grey Nissan Frontier. While fleeing the parking lot, the suspect vehicle struck a landscaping truck causing extensive damage to the front left fender and front bumper of the Nissan Frontier. The suspects continued fleeing despite the damage and proceeded east on Eastfield Rd toward Concord. The Huntersville Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance by providing information about the suspects and the dark grey Nissan Frontier pictured below. The Nissan Frontier has extensive front end damage concentrated on the left front fender and damage to the rear right quarter panel.

The suspects are described as:

      Black male, late teens/early 20s, wearing a red hoodie, jeans, and red/white Nike Deion Sanders shoes
      Black male, late teens/early 20s, wearing a white hoodie with unknown red design on front, black jeans and black shoes
